Hannah and Jane, the Calmer Mind Coaches, have been working as therapists for many years and have noticed an increase in the number of clients suffering with anxiety. With stress levels at an all-time high right now, they knew they needed to find a solution to reach the many people who are unable to access private therapy, or who have had therapy and would like to continue to practise relaxation and mindfulness. Cafe Calm was born!
The Café opens 10 minutes before start time for general chit chat, so bring your cuppa, and come and get comfortable.
Calmer mind sessions are suitable for everyone wanting to feel balanced, calm and confident. Enjoy two classes every week:
Wednesday at 7:30 pm
Friday at 8:30 am
Recordings for replay are shared with everyone shortly after each class finishes, and remain available to replay for 7 days.
Classes will be on Zoom and there is no booking required. The link will be provided for all subscribers.
